Compassionate, individualized support for the experiences that shape us most.

01

Trauma and Complex PTSD (CPTSD)

Complex PTSD usually grows where harm was repeated and inescapable — in a childhood home, a long relationship, or a family system no one could leave. Its imprint goes beyond flashbacks of a single event: emotional flashbacks that drop you into old fear without warning, a harsh inner critic, shame that feels like who you are, and a nervous system that stays on guard. We work slowly and with consent, using somatic and parts-based (IFS) approaches so your body can learn safety, your parts can be heard rather than fought, and your history becomes something you carry instead of something running your life.

This may help if you're experiencing:

  • Emotional flashbacks — sudden waves of shame, fear, or emptiness
  • A relentless inner critic or feeling fundamentally flawed
  • Emotions that flood or shut down faster than you can steer
  • Patterns of people-pleasing, fawning, or walking on eggshells
  • Trouble feeling safe with people, including those who love you
  • Childhood, relational, or prolonged trauma that no one named at the time

02

Sex Positive Therapy

Sexuality is a core part of who we are, yet it's often surrounded by shame and silence. In this nonjudgmental space, I can help you cultivate emotional and physical connection, improve communication, rebuild closeness, and grow more honest and vulnerable about desire. I offer Couples Counseling, Individual Relationship Support, and Intimacy & Connection Therapy.

This may help if you're experiencing:

  • Low or mismatched desire
  • Sexual shame or anxiety
  • Intimacy challenges in relationships
  • Exploring identity and orientation

03

Eating Disorders and Body Image Issues

Your relationship with food and your body can carry deep emotional weight. We'll gently explore what the struggle is protecting you from, build compassion for the parts of you that cope through food or control, and work toward a more peaceful home in your own body.

This may help if you're experiencing:

  • Restricting, bingeing, or purging
  • Constant preoccupation with food or weight
  • Negative body image
  • Disordered eating rooted in culture or family

04

Narcissistic Abuse

Relationships with a narcissistic partner, parent, or boss can leave you doubting your own reality. Therapy helps you name what happened, untangle self-blame, rebuild trust in your perceptions, and learn to set boundaries that protect your peace.

This may help if you're experiencing:

  • Gaslighting and self-doubt
  • Walking on eggshells
  • Recovering after leaving a relationship
  • Narcissistic parents or family

05

Multicultural and Cross-Cultural Therapy

Living between cultures can feel like belonging everywhere and nowhere at once. I work closely with immigrants and adult children of immigrants to honor your heritage while making room for your own voice — navigating family expectations, identity, and intergenerational patterns. I often draw on Nonviolent Communication (NVC) to help people express needs and hear one another across different values and expectations.

This may help if you're experiencing:

  • Balancing family and personal values
  • Intergenerational trauma
  • Identity and belonging
  • Immigration and acculturation stress

06

Anxiety and Depression

Whether it's racing thoughts that won't quiet down or a heaviness that makes everyday life hard, you don't have to keep pushing through alone. We'll get curious about what's underneath, build tools for the hard moments, and reconnect you with energy, meaning, and ease.

This may help if you're experiencing:

  • Constant worry or panic
  • Low mood or lack of motivation
  • Burnout and overwhelm
  • Perfectionism and people-pleasing

07

Tech Professionals and High-Achievers

You've built a career on being capable — solving hard problems, leading teams, carrying a lot of responsibility — and from the outside it looks like it's working. On the inside, you may feel exhausted, stretched thin, or quietly wondering why success doesn't feel the way you expected. I work with engineers, product people, founders, and leaders in the Bay Area, many of them high-achieving and thoughtful, yet struggling with burnout, anxiety, imposter syndrome, or a sense of being stuck despite doing everything "right."

This may help if you're experiencing:

  • Burnout and overwork
  • Imposter syndrome and perfectionism
  • Anxiety, depression, and sleep
  • Leadership stress and loneliness at the top
  • Career transitions, layoffs, and identity
  • Relationships strained by overwork and stress
